Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 August 2026
The rules that apply when you access 365W or purchase membership.
1. Accepting these terms
By accessing 365W or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase membership access.
2. The service
365W provides access to a changing schedule of live sports streams. Event listings, start times, stream availability, quality, and supported devices can change without notice. We do not guarantee that a particular event will remain available, and access may be restricted by location, rights, maintenance, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@365w.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Membership and payments
Paid plans provide access for the fixed period shown at checkout. Payments are one-time and do not renew automatically. Prices, currency, taxes, and the access period are displayed before payment. Access begins after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a completed payment is final once digital access has been activated. Contact us promptly about duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Share, resell, rebroadcast, record for redistribution, or commercially exploit streams or account access;
- Circumvent access, playback, geographic, payment, or security controls;
- Scrape the service, use automated traffic that burdens it, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users;
- Use 365W unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, submit malicious content, or misrepresent your identity.
6. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, respond to provider or rights restrictions, investigate suspected abuse, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.
7. Ownership
The 365W site, software, branding, and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Event names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by networks, devices, event organizers, stream sources, payment providers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, 365W is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect service, security, provider, or legal changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will be identified by the updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms, billing, or the service can be sent to support@365w.org.
